About
A.I.D. is a brief, evidence-based training that equips participants with practical skills to support individuals experiencing mental distress. The training introduces a simple three-step approach in which participants learn to identify when someone may be struggling, reduce stigma around mental health and substance use, and respond with confidence and empathy.
