First Gen Forward

FirstGen Forward (FGF) is a student-led initiative at North Carolina A&T that empowers first-generation college students by providing mentorship, career readiness, and scholarship support. Through peer-to-peer guidance, workshops, and professional development opportunities, FGF helps students access resources, prepare for conferences and interviews, and connect with networks that support their academic and career success.
