B.O.S.S will provide minority collegiate women with vital professional development resources that will help them strive in the professional world.

Our goals are to: 

1. Teach minority women about professional attire, advancement, and etiquette. 

2. Present prominent guest speakers from all professions. 

3. Create a safe space for women to express themselves and grow in professional spaces.

4. Host resume and LinkedIn workshops.

5. Discuss burnout and ways to manage stress.
