2026 MLK Weekend of Service

ü  Participants will pack menstrual hygiene kits for middle and high schoolers in the Greensboro area where BPP has closets established (Hairston Middle, Mendenhall Middle, WC Jackson Middle, etc). This is important for students who may not have access to these products at home. Students will under go a brief training to learn what to put in the kits, which will not take more than 5 minutes. I want participants to learn more about period poverty and the impact it has on minority communities.
