Assist with hanging banners, unpacking event supplies, setting up exchange zones, walking the field to ensure all tents have their weights installed (no stakes are allowed in the grass). Set up 8' event tables at the event site. Check portable restrooms to make sure they are stocked with toilet paper. Put cones at the Mopac Parking Lot Turn Around Point. Assist with water stations set up. We recommend bringing your own work gloves.
