Fall 2018 Career Fair

o The fair ends at 3pm, so volunteers will direct employers to the bus and help them pack up any boxes. If they are taking packages back with them, help them carry to the bus. o If you see any empty boxes by trash cans, be sure to tear them down. o Clean-up messy areas o Recruiters may ask you the following questions: 1. If I am staying for the STEM fair tomorrow, can I leave my stuff at the table? - The answer is no. They need to pack their items and take them to the staircase on the south entrance. There will be a sign on one of the walls for where they should drop their packages. 2. If I am shipping my items home, what do I do with my packages? - Those packages will need to go to the west entrance (the Razorback Road entrance). There will be signs as to where the shipments go.
