For the community service event that I participated in, I believed I showed leadership skills. For the community service our task was to clean up the garden to get it ready for the gorwing season in the spring. The leadership role was shown through us being split into groups. I had to guide my partner with gathering up the dirt and remove the weeds. I had to direct my teammate while also listening her feedback to decide wether or not my leadership was being effective.

The experience was very fun because the kids do keep you entertained. Depending on the age group you have it will be hard to keep their attention but nonetheless it taught me to be patient .
