I was grateful for this event as it was very informative for the end of the semester. While this is my last semester, I'm sure this was helpful for students continuing on to the spring semester.

I was invited by my mom's friend to help out at her daughter's tutor club, because I was tutoring her before. I was happy to be able to attend and help out with tutoring younger students. It was fun to speak to so many curious young minds and help them understand. It was a wonderful experience.
The event was a wonderful experience. I felt very fortunate to have been able to participate in helping support other women during hard time with Goodie Girl Bags. I'm also very grateful to the guest speaker De'Christia Shavonne to sharing her story and ambitions with us.
This event was very insightful. I didn't have much information about the civic engagement before but now I can say I have a decent understanding. I was nice to meet Ashanti Martinez and what he does for the state. It was also nice to hear his story.
The event was good. It was a nice workout lifting boxes and putting it away. The atmosphere was wonderful and welcoming. I also volunteered to place up hotline posters in the bathrooms. I thought that was very helpful to people may come to bathrooms as a way to kind of hide their distress, so having those there may help someone.
The event was very insightful on oneself because it causes us to think of ways we adjust within different environments, specifically in how we showcase leadership skills. Along with trying to guess the different celebrity's leadership styles. It was fun to listen to all the participants as well.
The event was great. All the information was really helpful especially the tip Ms. Felton provided on how to improve your learning and studying skill. The whole event was very inspiring and I like the community environment it brings.
It was a great event that I was invited to help out at. It was a brunch event that was made for the MedStar IT members that were working together on a current project. Kind of like get together to check in with everyone and praise the success that they have completed. I help on serving the attendees with food and drinks.
Learning about code switching made me realize that I do that lot when meeting new people. I am personally introverted, so meeting new people is not something I like to do. But when I do, I would code switch so it I don't seem weird and fit in with the group. Though I am glad I have friends where I have a sense of belonging and don't need to do that.
The event was really exciting. It was nice to be able to help the community, especially keeping it clean. Sadly I wasn't able to ride the boat, but being able to help the park prep for their upcoming event was nice.
