Did 2 hours at the marketplace and had a great time. Did mainly a bunch of pricing but it was fun hanging around all the volunteers and hearing their jokes while helping around.
*** Did 2 hours as a breakfast provider. It was another great experience helping people get their breakfast in before work and the kids went off to school. Talked to a bunch of the volunteers and heard about various experiences they've had. Passed out pastries which was fun as well and helped clean up the dining area as well. Overall great experience!
Did 7 hours at the Marketplace, it was really nice! Everyone was really nice and amazing to work with. Did a bunch of sorting and pricing for a bunch of clothes.
***Volunteered at the Hope house for 4.5 hours doing the Breakfast and Lunch provider shifts. It was a great experience helping around the kitchen and helping everyone who needed the meals that day. Met a bunch of people and heard tons of great experiences from both the volunteers and those coming in to get a meal!
