About

Founder and board member of WESTA, an educational and scientific 501(c)(3) not-for-profit established in 2010 to promote and support STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) competition programs. While we conduct worldwide outreach through our sponsored programs, our primary service area is the geographic area defined by the boundaries of the Eanes Independent School District (Austin, Travis County, Texas), with emphasis on robotics competition programs. We currently sponsor seven different robotics teams that involve children in grades 6-12.
