About
Direct Service Volunteer- Work alongside staff and provide services to shelter clients and their children in the areas of crisis intervention, child care, transportation, and emotional support.
Crisis Hotline Volunteer- Are trained to provide immediate, confidential support to persons feeling suicidal, or in any type of crisis. Enjoy Flexible hours that fit your schedule!
Children's Program Volunteer- Provide services to shelter children of all ages under the direction of the children's program staff. This includes childcare, emotional support, homework help, and assistance with enrichment activities.
Indirect Service Volunteer- Provide support to the agency that does not involve working with clients, but rather the manual labor, clerical work, and other duties that improve the function and operation of the organization.
Important: Jeans with no holes, leggings are acceptable with bottom covered, shorts and skirts are acceptable if not more than 3 inches above the knee.
