About
Thank you for committing your time to volunteer at the Back-to-School Resource Fair tomorrow, Saturday, August 14th at the Renaissance Shops located at 2521 Phillips Avenue. I have attached a diagram that shows where volunteers will check-in (located near the bank) as well as a parking pass.
We are asking volunteers that will be driving to arrive no later than 10:30 at the Renaissance Shops - I will try my best to stay near the check-in table to welcome and meet you.
Those that will be riding in the van will need to meet at 10:00am at the front of the Student Center located at 1403 John W. Mitchell Drive where Ms. Sadia Green and myself will be waiting for you.
Below are some of the duties that volunteers will be assisting with during the event:
- Filling book bags with donations.
- Organizing any leftover supplies to give to local schools after the event.
- Managing the flow of the event
- Passing out bags
Lastly, we ask that you wear Aggie Paraphernalia tomorrow for the event in the case there aren't any more volunteer shirts. Again, we look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
