Write Holiday Cards to Support Salvadoran Children (A fundraiser, a crafty way to show love and an opportunity to use your Spanish!)

Gifts for Sustainable Smiles (G4SS) is a student community action project.
This holiday card drive is one of our activities to raise fund and to bring joy to 300 children living in 14 different communities in El Salvador.
Each card you write will help us RAISE $10 OR MORE FROM OUR ANONYMOUS DONORS.
Each card we accept from you will enable you to EARN 1 ONE COMMUNITY SERVICE HOUR from our project.
All the cards accepted will be uploaded to our Face Book Page, and will be DELIVERED IN PERSON to the children we are supporting by the volunteers of our partner in El Salvador, Quitanilla Amaya Foundation.

If you would like to participate, please follow these steps:
1. Make or buy a holiday greeting card (you can give more than one!)
2. Write a short message (who you are, where you are from, holiday greetings...) in BOTH Spanish and English.
3. Take picture of both sides of your card(s)
4. Take picture of you holding/showing your card(s) - optional.
5. Use the REGISTRATION button in this post to sign up for this volunteer opportunity.
6. Use the ADD IMPACT button in this post to submit photos of your card.
7. Upon receiving your registration, we will reach out to you to collect the physical copy of your card(s).
8. We will deposit one community service hour per each card we receive from you in your GivePulse account.

This event will end at 11pm, December 14, 2021.

Gifts for Sustainable Smiles is sponsored by Kind One, a non-profit qualified for giving Presidential Volunteer Service Award.
