Country Club Creek Cleanup at Krieg Fields

Join Keep Austin Beautiful at Krieg Fields to clean up litter from in and around Country Club Creek and learn more about how you can protect your local creek at 10am on Friday, May 26th!

We will provide cleanup supplies and rubber boots on site as well as sunscreen and bug spray. We will meet just north of the lot east of the Volleyball Courts (Google Code: 67WR+V2M Austin, Texas) - look for the Keep Austin Beautiful signage and event table!

Please remember to wear close-toed shoes and durable clothing as the terrain may be rough in some areas. Conditions may be wet as we will be working along and within the creek when possible; please dress appropriately! Long pants and a hat are also recommended. Be sure to bring a full water bottle and stay hydrated. For volunteers with limited mobility, it is recommended to stay along trails and pathways. Areas closer to the creek side may present an additional challenge.

When arriving at the park, please remember to hide any valuables and lock your car before checking in. Parking is available in the lots within park grounds. Carpooling is highly encouraged!
