Would you like to come to SHFB and pick up flowers to distribute in the community?
- Register for this on-going event/project.
- You'll receive a notification when flowers come in.
- This is a first come, first served offering, please call ahead and see if there are flowers or live plants still available to be picked up (765) 287-8698, ext 0.
- If there are flowers/plants available, please give our staff your name and the approximate number of cases you would like to take this trip (we'll let you know if that is available).
- Flowers/plants will only be held until 4pm and will not carry over to the next day.
- You can come in and pick up flowers/plants Monday thru Friday from 9a - 4p.
- You do not need to respond to the notification nor do anything else if you are not interested this time.
- We don't know when the shipments are coming but will let you know through this system as they do.
- IF you are wanting community service hours for helping us distribute the flowers in the community, please follow the instructions found under "Requirement Details" below.

Requirement Details
To receive service hours for passing out flowers:
- At time of flower pick up, sign in and indicate # of cases picked up to be used for service hours.
- 1 box = 1 hour with a maximum of 5 hours or 5 boxes (you may pick up as many boxes as you'd like, only 5 will count towards service hours).
- Must take at least 2 photos passing out flowers to 2 separate individuals per box in order to receive 1 hour per box (Please note: multiple volunteers can not submit the same photos or subjects for hours- all will be disputed).
- Return to this GivePulse Event, look in upper right corner for "Add Impact" select.
- Enter date, hours (1 per box up to 5 hours).
- Leave some feedback about your experience 😄.
- Upload photos (preferred formats are listed).
- Add Impact
- SHFB will receive notification of your request for verification.
- After photos are verified we'll verify the impact.
- Please do not create multiple impacts if they aren't verified right away, this delays the process.
- Send us an email or call 765-287-8698 ext 115 and let us know there is a time crunch and we'll do our best to process it as fast as possible.

Parking Details
Flower pick up will be done at the Community Room door beside the glass door to the main office. Please come in the office and sign in that you are there to pick up flowers, a staff member will take you back to the flowers and help arrange for loading.
