About
Starting Fall 2023, the College of Engineering and Applied Science is introducing Engineering Connections (EC), a holistic residential academic experience for all first-year students designed to build a strong engineering community that supports student success and retention through graduation.
We will kick off the 2023-2024 academic year with a new campus tradition: A class picture on the Willams Village lawn, followed by a BBQ with fun outdoor activities!
Join us in prepping and supporting the launch of the Engineering Connections community at Williams Village!
Logistics
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your shift to check in with EC staff
- You're welcome to sign up for more than one shift but make sure the times don't overlap
- Parking passes will not be provided, please plan your transportation needs accordingly
- Depending on the shift you select, snacks, drinks, or a meal may be provided
- Certain shifts will be stationed outside, please dress accordingly
