Fall Creek Cleaning - East and West Bouldin Creek

Since 1991, neighbors and community volunteers have met to collect trash in both East and West Bouldin Creek.

We will meet at the entrance to Nicholas Dawson Park, then divide into crews to cover portions of both East and West Bouldin Creek: trash clean up, invasive plant removal, trail work.

This year, we are facing the additional challenge of restoring the West Bouldin Creek Greenbelt which was just cleared of over 60 encampments with unhoused people by the City's H.E.A.L. Initiative. While the City has removed the majority of debris left behind, we still need to do extensive cleaning, as well as work on trail restoration.
Gloves and trash bags will be provided. Please dress in long sleeved shirts and long pants to guard against possible contact with poison ivy and wear sturdy shoes. Be prepared to get muddy and dirty and have a very good time. Kids, dogs and family friends welcome.
