Lincoln Middle School Science Olympiad

Science Olympiad is a national science competition for middle and high school students.  There are 23 events that students will be learning about or working on which cover all areas of science - Life, Physical, Earth & Space and Engineering.  You will be helping a group of up to 6 students prepare for 1-2  events.  You do not need to be an expert in any of them, just be able to work through old tests and learn together about new concepts or vocab that come up.  We meet on both Tuesday and Wednesday but you will only need to come on one of those days.  If you could email me ahead of time which day works best for you and which branch of science is most interesting, that would be most helpful for scheduling.  It is really important that you commit to the whole semester  - we cannot take drop-ins or volunteers who can only come once or twice.

You will need to fill out the volunteer form here:   Volunteer Opportunities - Pullman Public Schools (pullmanschools.org) and let me know when you receive an email to let me know that you are confirmed.

Thanks so much!
