Want 50+ mushroom blocks for a personal or community projects?
Each week, 5,000+ spent mushroom blocks are ready to be rescued and transformed into healthy soil! Pick up blocks from the mushroom farm to reduce waste, greenhouse emissions and boost soil biodiversity. Keep half for your projects and drop off the rest at a community location. Trucks can haul 150 blocks, cars around 75—just bring a tarp for the mess. Together, we can make sustainability impactful!

PLEASE READ the directions and safety instructions so you know what to expect when you arrive. PICK-UP IS AT 9:00 SHARP. Once you pick a date, Angel will text you a day before your shift to confirm and make sure you have the address for a community drop off location. Use a current mobile phone number. If your plans change please CANCEL. There are a limited amount of blocks and shifts and if you are a NO SHOW, this means blocks go in the waste. 😪 IMPORTANT: If don't arrive on time, there is a chance blocks will be gone or a staff person will not be available to help you access. Blocks are never guaranteed. |
