The Office of Career Services is seeking volunteers to assist with managing the Career Fair on Thursday March 13th & Next Day Interviews on Friday March 14th.
Attire: Business Professional *required* Dress as a fair attendee. We encourage all volunteers to meet with employers before/after their shift.
- No Casual Clothing
- No Jeans
- No T-Shirts
- No Sneakers
Duties include:
- Setting up employer tables
- Guiding employers to their table
- Managing the student check-in process
- Communicating announcements to employers
- Cleaning up
Professionalism and excellent customer service skills are required for this volunteer opportunity. While we love to see Aggies connecting, we want to represent a high standard by helping guests quickly, being attentive to Career Services staff needs, being respectful, and not being on cellphones for prolonged times during shifts. Failure to meet these standards may result in being dismissed with unapproved hours. Thank you!
