About
The Braven Leadership Coach role
You’ll lead a cohort of 5-8 promising college students through our virtual Accelerator course—a credit-bearing course offered by Braven’s university partnerships that help students secure strong economic opportunities after college. You’ll build community among Fellows and empower them as they design their career roadmap, hone their resumes and cover letters, and collaboratively solve a real-life business problem.
The primary goal of the Leadership Coach (LC) is to mentor, coach, and build community with and amongst Fellows to ensure that they have an impactful experience and reach intended program outcomes.
- Leadership coaches meet for two hours weekly with their cohorts during a regularly scheduled class time.
- All Learning Labs are conducted via Zoom, and LCs use other platforms, including the Google Suite, LinkedIn, and Canvas, to access and facilitate the curriculum
