Urgent Volunteer Opportunity: Volunteer Coordinator - Zion's Legacy Business Awards& Future

We're urgently seeking a highly organized and reliable volunteer to serve as Volunteer Coordinator for the Zion's Legacy Business Awards and future events honoring Zion's Legacy . This is a key leadership role that ensures events run smoothly and requires consistent communication with the event founder.

Responsibilities ( During the Event) :

• Check in volunteers recruited through GivePulse or other channels as they arrive 
• Help these volunteers understand their assigned tasks and locations 
• Attending venue visits and managing on- site logistics on behalf of the event founder
• Assist these volunteers if they have questions or need guidance
• Adjust volunteer assignments on spot if needed to ensure smooth coverage 
• Collaborate with the event founder and their personal helpers to coordinate volunteers ,without supervising the founders personal helpers and family members assisting with the event 
• After the Event:
• Check out volunteers and ensure everyone has finished their tasks 
• Thank volunteers or assist with any final wrap up 
• Submit a short written report to me the founder
