As the Event Guide ,you'll step into a leadership role on-site making sure everything flows smoothly ,volunteers feel supported, and the founder's vision shines through .You'll be the go-to person who keeps energy high ,the schedule on track ,and the experience meaningful for everyone who attends.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate volunteers ,including Balloon Decor Helpers and Balloon Supply Volunteers
- Ensure setup ,ceremony coverage ,and teardown are executed efficiently
- Serve as the main point of contact for volunteers and event staff during events
- Ensure the event runs according to Zion's Legacy 's vision and standards
- Communicate with the founder before and after events through text only ,providing updates ,clarifying needs ,and sharing feedback to ensure the vision and standards of Zion Legacy Events
