The NuBeing Collective is premiering their documentary series. We are interested in media assistants and support for the event.
We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist with our upcoming arts event featuring a 1-hour film premiere, followed by a live Q&A session with the filmmakers. Volunteers will play a crucial role in ensuring the event runs smoothly and guests have an enjoyable experience.
Volunteer Responsibilities:

Pre-Event Setup: Arrive early to assist with event setup, including positioning banners, adjusting lighting, and preparing the venue.

Guest Assistance: Greet guests upon entry and exit, offering to take photos with their personal devices. Encourage guests to share their photos with the event host.

Flashlight Ushers: During the event, volunteers will be provided with flashlights to help guide guests safely to and from the exit if needed.

Post-Film Setup for Q&A: After the film screening, work with stagehands to arrange chairs in the designated positions for the Q&A session.
