About

Join us for Sisterhood In Motion — a powerful 1-hour virtual mentorship workshop created to uplift, empower, and guide young women ages 14–21 into confidence, purpose, emotional strength, healthy decision-making, and positive future identity.

This session is designed for young ladies who may be dealing with pressure, self-image challenges, peer influence, emotional stress, relationships, school struggles, or who simply need a safe space to reset, heal, and grow.

What We Will Focus On

  • Self-worth & confidence building

  • Emotional wellness & self-regulation

  • Boundaries & healthy relationships

  • Positive peer influence

  • Identity development & decision making

  • Planning for college, career, and future goals

Youth will complete guided reflection worksheets + goal mapping activities to strengthen mindset, self-awareness, accountability, and future direction.

Pathway Opportunity

Participants will also learn how to enter the Karen Hearts Foundation Career & College Readiness Program and become eligible to earn a Paid Career & College Readiness Work Experience Stipend based on participation, growth, and skill development.

Why This Session Matters

This is a safe space for sisterhood, elevation, healing, support, empowerment, and learning how to become a woman with purpose… not pressure.
