Operation Blue Santa Gift Package Pick Up - OBS Warehouse

Hi Operation Blue Santa volunteers,

We need your help with Operation Blue Santa Pick-Up Days!

Be a part of bringing joy to this Christmas season for so many Austin neighbors. Applicants will arrive to pick up their gift packages and your assistance on these days is needed to ensure a smooth and joyous experience for each family picking up their holiday gifts.

What You'll Be Doing:

Volunteers are needed for a variety of roles, including:

• Greeting: Offering a warm welcome and directing applicants.

• Shopping: Once an applicant checks in to pick up their gifts, volunteers will shop the packages requested by placing them in a gift bag to be checked out.

• Quality Assurance: Assistance with checking package contents against application requests.

• General Assistance: Keeping the pick-up area organized and flowing.

Where: Operation Blue Santa warehouse (2410 Grove Blvd, Austin, TX 78741)

Time to show up: 8:15 a.m. for briefing at 8:30 a.m.

Where to Park: Please park in parking lot at the corner of our building

Please remember to wear weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toed shoes. Also, be prepared to possibly volunteer indoors or outdoors. Water, snacks, and coffee will be provided throughout the day to keep your energy up.

Thank you for making this Christmas season special and for your commitment to our community!
