Easterseals NH Welcome Desk Support

*For ESNH STAFF Volunteer Only*

We are seeking a friendly, mission-minded volunteer to serve as a welcoming presence at our front desk and assist with basic switchboard coverage. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first voice or face that greets guests, callers, and staff. 

We're looking to have a pool of volunteers to go to when we have gap in coverage.  We do not have specific date and time need at the moment, but will reach out to you when a staff volunteer is needed. 

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff or department

• Greet and assist visitors as they arrive

• Look up names, extensions, and departments in our directory (training provided)

• Provide general front desk support as needed
