STEM Career and Internship Fair Help- Offices of Career Connections

Join us for the STEM Career Fair organized by the Offices of Career Connections in Bud Walton Arena on March 11th, 2026 from 8:00AM- 10:00AM. Upon completion you will earn two volunteer hours. 

Join our staff in greeting and assisting employers for the STEM Career Fair. Our goal is to give students an opportunity to interact with employers outside of the normal booth setting while also allowing you to gain volunteer experience/hours. We encourage all volunteers to attend the career fairs following their shift, but it is not required! 

Volunteers will participate in activities such as: 

• Greeting employers 

• Assisting employers with carrying booth items and help guide them to the career fair check-in inside Bud Walton Arena 

Volunteers must be current UofA Students and be able to lift at least 25 pounds. You will be provided with a vest and nametag. Please wear smart casual attire and comfortable shoes. Example: Jeans (no rips), appropriate t-shirts or blouses. If you are attending the career fair following, you are welcome to wear your business casual clothes. A dolly will be provided to help with moving items.
