The Community Cupboard Inventory Event ! 😬

Join us for the Community Cupboard Inventory Event🤗, where volunteers come together to help bring clarity and accuracy to our pantry inventory.

During this hands-on event, volunteers will assist with weighing items from the community cupboard to ensure our records reflect the true weight of the goods we have available. It’s a practical effort with an important goal: creating a clearer picture of our pantry supplies so we can better plan and serve our community.

Participants will sort items, measure weights, and record inventory details while working alongside other volunteers. Think of it as a collaborative “inventory check-in,” where each measured item helps strengthen the reliability of our pantry records.

By the end of the event, we aim to have a more accurate understanding of the weight and quantity of items in our cupboard—thanks to the careful work and teamwork of our volunteers.
