Donate Your Gently Used Items for Good!

Turn your donations into direct impact.

The Salvation Army of Northwest Arkansas is launching a new donation incentive program. For every 10 gently used items donated, including clothing, shoes, accessories, home goods, furniture, etc., donors receive 2 hours of verified service credit.

Drop off your items at our Family Stores, located at 1645 S W Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701 or 329 Holcomb St, Springdale, AR 72764. Please do not bring items to our Area Command. 

How it works:
• Bring clean, gently used items to any Salvation Army Family Store or designated drop-off location
• Staff will count and verify items at the time of donation
• Be sure to ask staff for the QR code for check-in 

Guidelines:
• Items must be in good, re-sellable condition
• Items of all sizes, shapes, and styles are welcome
• Hours are issued in increments of 10 items per 2 hours
• Some items are not allowed for donation. Our staff have the final decision on whether to accept certain items. We do not accept any major appliances, king size mattresses or box springs, and children's car seats, highchairs, or strollers.
