About
Members of Sigma Tau Delta will work with Aggie Academy scholars through a combination of read-aloud and independent reading activities centered around an autobiography. Scholars will participate in guided discussions, answer comprehension questions, and engage in activities that encourage them to make personal connections to the text. As a culminating project, scholars will have the opportunity to create their own “About Me” mini-books showcasing what they have learned about themselves through the reading and writing process.
Volunteers will work with 3rd –5th grade scholars from 4pm-5pm during the following dates:

• November 5, 2026
• November 19, 2026
