Big Bethel Saturday Academy

During my volunteer work at Big Bethel’s Saturday Academy, I took part in setting up various activities and the lunch areas for the kids. I was a part of a group of four other volunteers, and together we helped the children complete their activities. One activity required us to help the kids create a custom snow globe. Furthermore, I also met a handful of interesting people in the process of volunteering, from the enormous amount of volunteers to the friendly staff. If there was one thing I could take from this experience, I enjoyed seeing the children smile. I also enjoyed listening to their hilarious quarrels. To conclude, I had a wonderful time volunteering at this event, and I wouldn't mind volunteering again!
