As a non US citizen this talk informed me of the true impact of voting suppression. I have grown up around voters but never truly understood the impact of a single vote until recently. Throughout this talk I learned to better appreciate the fact that my peers have a voice and are able to express their opinions. I also appreciated the fact that I live in a country where people have the power to change things they don't like. I thought it was very well orchestrated and all speakers contributed in an informative and positive way.

The information regarding voter suppression was an important and relevant topic for first time voters to hear. I remember feeling motivated afterwards to vote while encouraging my peers as well.
