A lot of energy was saved on this night!
Different buildings were assigned to groups of volunteers that had to go inside the UT buildings and turn off unnecessary lights! Our group turned off about 200 bulbs!

I'm glad I was able to volunteer for 2 hrs. with Longhorn Lights Out. We were in groups of three and our team was assigned the ETC building. We went within the building, turning off as many lights, monitors, and projectors to conserve energy. After that, we had pizza, a photo contest, and a trivia game.
