STEM WEEK

This meeting was insightful. There are many views on how to create a resume and it is always nice to see those different views. Keeping things professional is always a common theme. Something new that I learned from professor Paul is a combination resume. Chronological and functional resumes are the two standards of writing that I have known about but a combination of the two is something new to me. Listing off your skills and your previous sections in separate headings is interesting. A student who is bilingual expressed doubts about fully understanding English when reading course material. Professor Paul was very encouraging for all students who have doubts to always ask questions. This response was delightful.

I loved this session! I did get to learn new information that I did not know about before. Everyone was collaborative and responsive.

I found the discussion of taste and texture to be very interesting. It verified some theories I had for some time, as well as introduced new information for me.
