YWCA - In Her Shoes Simulation

It was a great simulation. The activity was thought provoking and made you aware of the challenges women face who are or have experienced domestic violence. Should have this introduced at schools.

I loved the domestic violence simulation! Mrs.Wilkerson is such a awesome instructor I’ve learned a lot from her I would like to attend more of her classes.

I loved the fact that a wide range of situations and outcomes were presented. This program should be routinely offered to social service agencies, so that at least some of their staff could attend.

The stories shared and the simulations were very interesting. The information provided was believable and made the people easy to visualize.

I absolutely love volunteering with the YMCA women empowerment group. I learned so much from this class on different things women go through either it’s with relationships or child abuse. The instructor was very helpful in guiding us and I got to meet so many different women.
