Time spent was really rewarding as I was able to help employers and Aggies settle into a comfortable interview environment.
During my two hours of volunteer work at the Next Day Interviews Fall 2024 event, I assisted with tasks such as greeting attendees, directing them to their interview locations, and supporting event organizers. The experience highlighted the importance of effective communication and teamwork in ensuring a smooth process for both students and employers. I found it rewarding to contribute to an event that helps students connect with potential career opportunities. While the event was well organized, clearer signage and a brief orientation for volunteers could enhance efficiency. Overall, it was a positive and valuable experience.

This was a lot of fun! I was the person who told the interviewers to scan in and wait for their name to be called. I was stationed here the whole time, but I didn’t mind. I love being able to direction/help people with getting situated so they can be comfortable and be able to have one less than to stress about.
