Each person at the Red Cross was respectful, kind, and friendly. Whenever I had a question they were more than happy to answer, they made light conversation to distract me when I had the needle attached to me so I would feel calm. It was a great, comfortable experience and I would defiently donate my blood to Red Cross again.
