End of Semester Meeting [Mandatory] (Friday)

This was the last mandatory meeting for the semester and and it was great. They broke down all the topics I had issue/questions about and it was great. I was a bit confused because I’m under academic recovery with the scholarship. So this meeting helped me out a lot and I understood it well!! (Side note: I had issues logging into the meeting and it wasn’t letting me join but after I did they answered all the questions I had and I found it very engaging)

Talked about usual things, Summer class deadlines, new rules by fall 2026 such as all hours must be from PGCC as as well as all hours must be logged in within 7 days of the event, got clarification on an issue, did a mini survey and i expressed barriers i felt as a nursing student.

During this event we went over important information. The information that we went over is that we need to submit service hours by May 19th and that book purchases started May 5th and ends June 7th. We also went over how some simple questions can be found on the pgcc website and in our emails. The importance of maintaining a 2.50 GPA was also mentioned. This information will be useful in the future.

Very informative session as we were informed our the policies of the scholarship program and preparation for the upcoming school year.
