It was cold and the route to get to the parking lot was confusing because we forgot that there was a map attached. Once we got there, it was fun. We were floaters, so they sent us where ever they needed us. We eventually got put at the Candy Land station where we helped make sure no more people came in once they started to close.

I had a blast! I volunteered as a trail ambassador and I would escort the people around the trail. If people needed to ask a question I would provide them with an answer. I met the producer of the trail of lights and he was so cool. I also met this lady that volunteered for the trail of lights for more than 15 years and she loved it. Overall my experience was great!

Volunteering for the Trail of Lights was a wonderful experience. The best part was getting to see many wonderful smiling faces as a trail guide. Everyone that came through enjoyed it and it's thanks to all of the staff and volunteers that helped keep the event in place. I really liked it and plan to go as a customer in the future.
