Novant Health Hospice is looking for volunteers who can make a difference in the lives of our patients' caregivers!

The Caring Connections team makes weekly check-in calls to their assigned caregivers to ensure they have all the medications, supplies, and equipment they need to care for their loved one throughout the patient's time in our care. We have found this extra layer of support has dramatically increased the caregiver's confidence in their role, and ensures that they have all the supplies and support they need throughout the week.

This role can be completed in the comfort of wherever you are, so if you are not able to dedicate the time to a facility each week, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

**Please note: the covid-19 vaccine is required by Novant Health in order to volunteer at this time. Religious or medical exemption forms may be submitted if applicable**
