| Description | Come participate in a service project that will have an immediate impact. The Student Civic Engagement team will be hosting a sandwich making drive to support two local shelters near our Atlanta campus. We are looking for volunteers to help us make sandwiches (peanut butter and jelly, ham, turkey, etc) to share with the families we serve in our community. The pandemic brought about by COVID-19 have made these families even more vulnerable than before and they need some additional food support. A sandwich is a small way that we can bridge the distance between us and them and help them with their food insecurity. We would love to have individuals and groups supporting this effort. |
