-Today(10/23/26) I had to pleasure of volunteering at Capitol Area Food Bank. It was my second time, and i had an enjoyable productive experience, packing food for those that are less fortunate. This activity correlates with Biology as the food we packed is composed of macromolecules(large essential molecules essential for organisms to remain alive).

-This past Friday, on October 2nd I had to pleasure of volunteering at Capitol Area Food Bank. The moment I walked in I was greeted by immensely friendly staff, and then went on to complete a series of tasks to help provide food to those in need. We opened canned goods, assembled boxes, then were able to fill and package them. I had an enjoyable experience and will
be back!
