On October 31st, 2026, I had the opportunity to volunteer with the Distant Relatives Project's Empowering Our Relatives initiative at McPherson Square Park in Washington, D.C. This experience allowed me to give back to individuals experiencing homelessness and hardships while supporting a community in need. It was a great experience to be able to provide support to those in need.

On October 24th, I was able to volunteer with a few of my peers to help out the ward 8 community. We cleaned the streets and helped create a better environment for the neighbors of that community. We also went to the Alabama ave metro stop and were able to create a better space for the fellow neighbors.
