We wrote cards for DVA! It was super fun to hang out with my big and our friends and write cute cards to other strong women.

I attended a self defense class hosted by the UofA police department! It was a great and informational session and we learned a lot of things that we might have not known before this class. The officers focused on self confidence and how to protect ourselves in threatening situations. At the end of class two women broke wooden boards! It was super fun!
