    I was at the building and talked to women. Oneto let me in the building ( at the east entrance) and one who asked If I needed when she saw me knocking on the KAB.

    Ultimately nobody at KAB answered the phone when I called twice ( I was in the bldg) and no body answered the glass door when I knocked. So I never received my kit.

    So it was a massive waste of effort on my part.
