Every week, the volunteers at Keep Texas Generous hold an afterschool science exploration session with the 5th graders at Galindo Elementary School. During this afterschool program, students have the chance to perform a hand-on science experiment and answer science questions in the form of a game.
I was a volunteer with the Technology and Science career fair at the Frank Erwin Center. As a volunteer, I passed out water to each of the presenters at their booths and learned much about careers in the technology field in the process.
