This was actually really fun, even though it was cold out! I liked how everyone worked together and it felt good to help out with nature.

This was a great discussion because I never really understood how important it was to ensure the truth and validity of the sources that I get information from. I have my "trusted" sources, but I think those are also just the ones that are readily available to me. It is so important for everyone to know that social media has great power in society and can influence people in any way they want to, and often times, social media outlets have an agenda and will say whatever needed to get more engagement from the world. From now on, I will be more careful about (1) where I get my information from and (2) what I tell others, just to make sure that I don't spread false information.

This was really helpful and informative for me because I was completely unaware about how many people in Pullman, the county, and even WSU relied on support for food security services and food banks. It has definitely given me new ways to help someone in need.
