The high number of complaints generated by the person assigned at the inbound gate was a challenge to calm down. The negativity really detracted from what had been a really enjoyable experience.

Please let volunteer coordinator know that I will not be back volunteering until July because of hip replacement surgery. The other primary volunteer for the Mall parking lot, Trevor, will be out the same time for cataract surgery. I have been trying for over a month to make contact. The Tailgate staff are aware of the pending issue. This Thursday will be my last until July.
Cliff always is there but he can not handle the task on his own due to severe communication challenges.
