I had a great night last night being able to spend some time helping out at the food pantry. I got to catch up with some volunteer friends and staff friends that I have made throughout my time at the pantry. Last night I did a lot of different jobs. I helped package bags of croissants and different types of rolls, I helped reorganize the closet / pantry area, I put some new ceiling tiles in one of the pantry areas, and helped manage the bread, desserts, and meat later in the evening when there were less people shopping and when most of the volunteers had gone home. I then helped clean up and put things away for the night.

I had a great time volunteering for cardinal nights! We set up to back to school bash, set up DJ Derek’s lights, set up tables and chairs for people to sit and eat their food. When the carnival started I helped pass out shirts and break down boxes after we ran out. I had so much fun!

Tonight I worked both shifts at the food pantry for a total of 5 hours (3pm - 8pm). I had so much fun seeing familiar faces both shoppers and volunteers. Today I helped scoop and bag dog food, restock shelves, take out trash, wipe down tables and sweep up after the night was over. Overall I had a great time and I can't wait to go back!

I had so much fun volunteering today! Got to restock a lot of chicken into freezers, helped a very nice lady load her groceries into her car, took out some trash, restocked shelves, and even got to watch some of the end of the Hog baseball game and got to celebrate the win! Also, met some very nice people, other volunteers and some shoppers.

I had a great time volunteering at the food pantry last night! I did lots of things last night like help people bag groceries, restock the shelves, wipe down tables, take the trash out, organize and label frozen chicken, and then finally helped get the room ready for the next event.

This is my third time working at the pantry! I had a great time and met some new great people, we did a lot of jobs. We unpackaged chicken into smaller bags and then labeled them. Since we were the last shift we helped clean everything up, wipe everything down and then took out all the trash. Can't wait to do it again next week!

Tonight was my second time volunteering for the pantry night. I had a great time, I helped put food on shelves before people started shopping and then also helped restock the shelves. Closer to the end of the night I helped break down boxes and take them to the dumpster.

I had such a great time helping with the food bank today! I met some great people like Allison, Joy, and Lou and some other amazing people. We restocked shelves and made bouquets for the families that would come through so they had something to take home with them along with the food.

I had a great time setting up for the race! I met some new friends and we got a lot of work done, it was a little cold and rainy but it was still great!

I had a great time setting up for the pup crawl! Kaylen Smith and I worked it together, we got a little lost in the beginning but eventually found our way. We mostly helped set up the tent, tables, and flyers for the event. We also helped set up the goodie bags for anyone who donated. I got to pet lots of dogs and meet lots of cool people. I really enjoyed volunteering with them and would do it again.
